Get active outdoors with Adventure Connections and friends, this January school holidays, and enjoy what Collie has to offer. We have three different, empowering, adventure experiences which build confidence, self-esteem, and resilience. Your young person will learn strategies to help manage different life experiences, connect, and share through peer support discussions, develop social, emotional intelligence and wellness practises, such as mindfulness and yoga.
Tuesday 10th of January includes:
- Kayaking with Simone from Traaverse
- Healthy Drink and Snack
- Workshop Topic: Self Belief
Wednesday 11th of January includes:
- Stand Up Paddle Boarding with Simone from Traaverse
- Healthy Drink and Snack
- Workshop Topic: Self Care
Thursday 12th of January includes:
- Mountain Bike Basic Skills and Ride (Bike hire available for additional $5 fee)
- Healthy Drink and Snack
- Workshop Topic: Super You
DURATION: 3 hours
Years 5 and 6 (Primary School) 9.00am – 12.00pm
Years 7 -12 (High School) 1.00pm – 4.00pm
LOCATION: Minningup Pool Rowing Shed
OPTION: Book your young person in for all three days for a discounted rate.
